Full-Time Video Production Coordinator: Middle School Studio
Natick Pegasus is a nonprofit public access TV station located in Natick, Massachusetts. Natick Pegasus operates three channels (Government Access, Education Access, and Public Access), Which are watched throughout Natick on RCN, Comcast, Verizon, and online.
Natick Pegasus is currently looking for an energetic full-time production Coordinator/Engineer to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Middle School Studio. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Working with middle school students and staff in the areas of studio production, remote production, and post-production.
Hours:
This position matches school hours with some evenings and weekends. The current hours are M-F 7a - 3p.
Compensation:
This is a salary benefited position.
Applicant Requirements:
Applicants should be familiar with working with both Mac and Windows operating systems, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Photoshop, video switchers, digital audio mixers, basic computer networking, Dante Audio, and SDI/NDI video transport.
Applicant should also have experience with directing, technical directing, broadcast audio mixing, front-of-house audio mixing, and graphic design.
College degree in Communications, Television Production, or a related field.
Must have prior experience in studio television production, field production, and editing. valid driver’s license, automobile, good people skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with a background in theatrical lighting.
Work Environment:
should be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Climb ladders, Life 50 Pounds, and operate in both indoor and outdoor environments including but not limited to high heat, extreme cold, snow, rain, and direct sunlight for long periods at a time.

Candidates who are coincided for the position will need to complete and pass a background check prior to being hired.
